这很可能是权限问题，基于第2行中的错误gyp ERR! stack Error: EACCES: permission denied。
如果删除node_modules并运行npm install（无sudo）不起作用，则应尝试在node_modules文件夹上运行sudo chmod 777，然后重试。
如果其他所有方法均失败，您也可以尝试使用node-gyp重建sudo node-gyp rebuild -g --unsafe-perm。

我通过降级Node版本来解决这个问题。显然它的最新版本与GRPC不兼容
