您是否曾经使用Android Studio构建过该应用？
如果没有，请先在Android Studio中进行构建，然后通过Android Studio安装。
然后尝试：react-native run-android。
如果仍然无法运行，请停止该过程，然后运行react-native start -- --reset-cache
