您已两次初始化FileOutputStream out
:第二次分配发生后,第一个创建的流将作为非引用对象保留在内存中,直到进行垃圾回收为止。由于服务器没有停止,并且内存负载可能不会太高,并且垃圾收集器无法收集垃圾,因此无法从Windows删除它。
