我想在程序运行的同时运行Producer代码。我的目标是生产者向该主题发送一条记录,而消费者可以同时从该主题中轮询该记录。

我认为您需要创建两个类文件,一个是生产者,另一个是使用者。首先创建主题,然后运行使用者,或直接运行生产者。
