最后我找到了问题。

在访问GitHub页面中的Settings ---> Hooks选项卡时，我看到Web Hook服务器正在显示错误消息*"Last delivery was not successful. Couldn't connect to server"*，如下图所示。我们修复了服务器问题，能够提交并推送分支。
