我有一些代码可以比较两个Excel文件,并确定添加的任何新行(new_rows)或删除的任何行(dropped_rows)。然后,它使用xlsxwriter将其写入Excel工作表。我遇到的麻烦的一点是,它应该然后遍历各行,并且如果该行是新行或删除行,则应该以某种方式对其进行格式化。无论出于何种原因,这部分代码均无法正常工作并被忽略。

经过更多的反复试验后,问题似乎是由索引列引起的。它是“案例编号”列,并且值的前缀类似“ Case_123,Case_456,Case_789等”。这似乎是问题的根源。但不确定如何解决。
