java配置的Spring MVC拦截器不起作用

我正在研究Spring MVC项目，现在将配置从.xml更改为.java。现在，我面临拦截器的问题。

这些拦截器在.xml配置下可以正常工作，但在.java配置下不能正常工作。

对于.java配置，tomcat启动时拦截器已注册，但之后没有命中。
