父模块pom.xml中的dependencyManagement不起作用

Question

我用两个模块 ceo （父模块）和 util 创建一个项目。
为什么IntelliJ IDEA在模块 util 中显示类似Cannot resolve symbol 'ObjectMapper'的错误消息。
