Spring模板在Maven包后不加载

Question

当我通过eclipse运行spring应用程序时，它工作正常，但是当我构建jar并运行它时，为什么在spring之前找不到模板，为什么？

使用Eclipse运行时，没有任何白标签，只有当我以Jar形式构建和运行时，
