java exslt date-time()产生意外的输出

获得 2019-06-20T10:23:31 + 05:1800000 的原因是因为xalan的ExsltDatetime实现会将GMT偏移量与DST偏移量(5.5小时)相加。 但是,在以小时和分钟为单位计算偏移量时,xalan实施中似乎存在错误。

要在 xalan的ExsltDatetime类中偏移的代码:
