过去几天，我在主题方面遇到了2次问题。重新启动不能解决问题。我已为服务器启用启动诊断，并且在服务器重新启动时在日志中看到下一个错误：

我通过取消关联公共IP地址并将其重新关联来解决该问题。这意味着Azure端出现问题（我可能错了）。
还有其他人遇到过这个问题吗？如何预防？
