我不能建议您是否需要'+'，我只是为您阅读错误消息，该消息指出systemd忽略了ExecStartPre路径，因为它不是绝对路径。

也许这是freedesktop.org中存在的一项功能，但是我的Redhat 7.6版本（即您所使用的版本）在systemd.service单元文件中不包含类似的语句（或表）。手册页。另外，在单元文件中，您会收到关于该行的非常清晰的错误消息。
