精度没有变化,损耗只有很小的变化

我在使用CNN时做了分类问题,最近使用的数据是1 d数据,具有两层卷积,但是发现精度只是变化了一点,反面是一样的,损耗只是稍微改变一下,看情况应该是梯度消失了,但是我只有两层CNN,梯度消失怎么可能发生。我的数据集已经规范化了,但是不能使用。我不知道代码是否有问题。我已经检查了很多次而没有任何结果。此外,由于数据集相对较小,因此不使用批量培训,并且所有培训集都直接用于培训。请大家帮助查看。

尝试了更高的学习率,例如0.1。
