IBM COS-不允许创建匿名存储桶

Question

我使用https://iam.cloud.ibm.com/identity/token和apikey来生成access_token。使用返回的令牌作为授权密钥，我尝试使用带有https://endpoint/bucketname的PUT方法创建存储桶，但响应为
