离子服务外部消失

Question

我的“离子服务”不再提供“外部网址”。 只能访问“本地（localhost：8100）”。 Ionic3和Ionic4都有相同的问题。

$ ionic serve

然后

[INFO] Development server running!

       Local: http://localhost:8100

       Use Ctrl+C to quit this process

[INFO] Browser window opened to http://localhost:8100!

我想要这个结果。 （外部网址）
