我在Windows 7上的本机开发环境；直到昨天都可以正常工作，但是APK在加载捆绑包后突然报告了错误。

调试后；禁用@babel/plugin-transform-arrow-functions插件（版本7.2.0），然后清除缓存（如another answer中的建议）为我修复了该问题：

步骤：

  1. 例如，禁用@babel/plugin-transform-arrow-functions插件，我只是在babel.config.js文件中将其注释掉，如下所示：

（正在使用expo-cli的用户应该运行expo start -c而不是上面的内容）

上面提到的命令对我来说等同于删除%temp%/metro-cache目录。

但是，仍然按照建议的here删除~/.babel.json文件（在Windows上为%userProfile%/.babel.json文件）不会对我造成伤害，我的意思是，我已经测试过，并且上述命令没有删除和/或更改.babel.json文件。
