java.lang.IllegalStateException: No staging repository is found. Run publishSigned first
当我尝试手动创建暂存文件夹时，它毫无例外地成功运行，但是没有部署任何二进制文件并删除了该文件夹。

问题是我的分支标记是0.1而不是v0.1，添加标题v可以解决问题。
