无法在Android Studio中运行构建/运行任何项目。错误：进程意外退出

Question

我已将Android Studio升级到3.4.1和Gradle 5.1.1。显示错误：在运行/ builds项目时，“进程意外退出”。

如何解决这个问题？

1. 我尝试了Clean Projec->重建项目
2. 卸载完整的Android Studio，然后重新安装
3. 也遵循了一些堆栈溢出建议。
