HBase HMaster守护程序未启动

我正在尝试在macOS 10.14上以伪分布式模式运行HBase 2.1.4。启动HBase时，不会记录任何错误，并且HQuorumPeer守护程序可以毫无问题地启动，但是HMaster不会启动。
