  - '/usr/src/app/node_modules'

您正在告诉Docker您的node_modules目录包含需要在容器运行期间保留的关键数据。首次启动容器时，它将从映像中填充该容器，但是由于该目录包含关键数据，因此即使您尝试npm install附加模块，Docker也将永远不会再次对其进行更新。

对于近期的解决方法，docker-compose stop; docker-compose rm; docker-compose up --build足以容纳您的容器。删除现有容器（及其匿名卷）很重要。
