如何从Java字节数组解码图片

Question

我从服务器获取一个字节数组，然后将其转换为imageView。问题是，当我使用tomkat maven插件时，一切都很好，但是当我开始使用tomkat版本8时，事实证明

BitmapFactory.decodeByteArray

开始返回null。使用TomCat 8和9（尝试使用7）所有代码后，错误（或更确切地说是null）开始出现
