选择列表中的列以通过DataFrame.nunique中的axis=1测试每行的唯一值数量,并通过boolean indexing测试1进行过滤:

yourdf1 = df[df[['X1','X2','X3']].nunique(axis=1) == 1]
print(yourdf1)
