不支持docker cp对正在运行的Hyper-V容器返回文件系统操作

docker cp index.html 943ebe6e30f9:c:\inetpub\wwwroot

但是我得到这个错误。

Error response from daemon: filesystem operations against a running Hyper-V container are not supported.

我使用：

停止了该容器

docker stop containerid

我再次运行docker cp，没有错误返回但没有文件复制到容器的原因吗？
