从它的声音来看,您为所追求的模式错误地注册了gitlab-runner。您说过要使用运行程序在Docker中进行构建和测试,但是您已经以shell模式注册了运行程序。

要在Docker中使用运行器,请遵循documentation中设置的说明。确保在runner executor时将registering设置为Docker。

理想情况下,您还应该删除已创建的shell运行器。
