您的代码有两个类似的问题:
在WM_ACTIVATEAPP处理程序中,您正在分配CreateThread(...) lpParameter参数,要传递给线程的变量, 指向在堆栈上定义的本地结构的指针。尽快 else子句,调用结束于struct超出范围,并且 指针无效。
在WM_UPDATEPROGRESS处理程序中,您正在SendMessage-ing到 窗口句柄,它是未定义的变量。该变量仅在WM_CREATE处理程序中定义。

我遇到了同样的问题,但是当我在Delphi工作时。最可能的原因是处理需要花费大量时间,并且由于处理和钢筋更新是在同一线程上进行的,因此在处理完成之后钢筋会填满100%。
解决方案:尝试在单独的线程中更新进度栏。每秒(或您希望的次数)从主线程调用更新函数。
