您需要imageView的高度限制

cellImage.heightAnchor.constraint(equalToConstant: 50), // or any value

也不要在方法setupCustomCellElements内添加属性，使它们成为实例变量，并在init函数内添加属性

最好将视图添加到

contentView.addSubview(cellImage) 
contentView.addSubview(cellTitle)
