Android不允许内部共享存储中存在符号链接，只需将目录x = 0 y = 0 while running: # [...] x += movex y += movey # [...] screen.blit(player, (x, y))从内部存储移动到数据分区中的Termux主目录即可解决您的错误。为此，只需使用命令web。请注意，这会将名为mv -r /sdcard/web ~的目录移动到web。
