thresholded是一个ndarray,所以thresholdd [:2]也是如此。如果您要创建一个零数组,其尺寸与thresholdd [:2]相同,则需要的是zeros_like。

即替换

circular_roi= np.zeros(thresholded[:2], dtype= 'uint8')

circular_roi= np.zeros_like(thresholded[:2], dtype= 'uint8')
