首先,我建议验证变量是否存在或具有一定的大小,例如,尝试将您的代码与任何pdf一起使用时,您的代码已损坏。

问题所在,当您运行pdf2excel时,您将看到您无法更改窗口的大小,因为GUI已冻结,因此它必须在另一个线程上运行,并通过信号将信息作为进度和数据帧发送。在这种情况下,我将创建一个worker(QObject),它将驻留在另一个具有pdf2excel函数的线程中。
