找到了我自己问题的答案。
在config/webpacker.yml中，有一个布尔选项可以使输出更加详细。它告诉我我的一个include语句中有一个错字。

如果您在实际在应用程序中使用程序包之前忘记进行“纱线添加”，Webpacker可以自动挂起。
