您需要授予您的应用EduRoster.Read.All权限，然后单击“授予管理员同意”按钮。

登录azure门户->单击“ Azure Active Directory”->单击“应用程序注册（预览）”->单击您的应用程序->单击“ API权限”->添加权限->选择应用程序权限

然后单击“授予管理员同意”按钮。

您可以使用https://jwt.io/来检查访问令牌，以检查您是否已获得该许可。
