如何获取上传到JWPlatform的原始文件？

我正在尝试使用视频/转换/列表端点来检索贡献给JW平台的原始媒体文件。我从服务器获得了成功的响应，对于某些转换，我得到了有效的（就绪）//转换/链接（协议，地址和路径）。但是，我真正想要的是最初上传的全分辨率视频。我以为是name ='original'的转换。该转换连同合理的外观属性一起显示在返回的JSON中，但是当我在浏览器的URL行中输入该路径时，会得到404（未找到）结果。我应该使用其他方法来检索原始文件吗？注意：我真的很想要原始照片，我不想在网上进行流传输，我只想将其原样取回以作其他用途。

    When I extract from here the path 
    http://content.jwplatform.com/videos/egg56CrQ-WPJEX0X5.mp4
    Then I do get the desired result.

因此，显然只有“原始”文件未返回。我应该使用另一种方法吗？
