What is the full size of a partly visible detected object in Yolo?

Question

I'm using python/keras Yolo V3, especially to detect persons. Yolo detects also partly visible persons, e.g. only the upper body part. Yolo returns the BBOxes for the visible part.

Is there any access to the full object size, in the above case a bounding box down to the hidden feet? Or does Yolo not have an internal notion of the "full object"?
