我创建了一个Android通知，其编译的SDK版本为28，而最小SDK版本为26，我实际上是在开发需要通知的android，因此我首先创建了一个与FirstApplication分开的android通知，它工作正常，但是当我添加此通知时通知在我的FirstApplication中没有出现。
