如何获得具有不同标签和类别的多个子级别的分类法？

Question

I have location taxonomy in this taxonomy there are multiple terms I got in below format
Taxonomy : location
Taxonomy Hierarchy

1. USA(Country) 
    1.1 Texas(State)

          Dallas(City)

          Laredo(City)

             San Antonio(Sub town like)

    1.2 Tennessee(State)

I need this output like 

Country : USA

State : Texas

City : Dallas,Laredo

Town/Village : San Antonio

Please help me to resolve this code in wordpress taxonomy.
