Jupyter笔记本电脑无法用于远程访问

我正在Linux服务器（Red Hat 4.8.5）上配置jupyter笔记本。我想使用远程客户端访问jupyter笔记本。

首先，我生成了一个配置文件：

jupyter notebook --generate-config

然后我修改了配置文件/root/.jupyter/jupyter_notebook_config.py：

c.NotebookApp.ip="0.0.0.0"
c.NotebookApp.allow_origin='*'
c.NotebookApp.open_browser=False
c.NotebookApp.password=u"sha1:16715d2ac300:ee938c81001cfd0841f8bf1441bd02038b62965e"
c.NotebookApp.port=9999
c.NotebookApp.notebook_dir='/home/jupyter_notebook'

最后，我运行了jupyter笔记本：

jupyter notebook --config /root/.jupyter/jupyter_notebook_config.py --allow-root

但是，jupyter只是在本地主机上运行服务器：

当我使用相同的配置文件在Aliyun服务器（Ubuntu 16）上运行jupyter笔记本时，它起作用了：

我不知道问题出在哪里。我进行了很多搜索，但找不到解决方法。

我已经解决了问题。这是因为我服务器的9999端口未打开Internet。
