这里有两个主要问题。首先，grpc@1.10.1是该库的一个相当老的版本，它不支持较新的Node 10。如果您明确依赖于grpc的版本或依赖项之一，则应尝试更新依赖项或获取依赖项。另外，我认为grpc版本支持Node 8，因此您可以降级Node版本以使其正常工作。
第二，从Angular的提及中我猜到您将要在浏览器客户端上运行它。这是行不通的; grpc根本无法在浏览器上运行。如果您直接使用grpc，则可以在浏览器中使用grpc-web。
