Job Scheduler-如何在不启动应用程序的情况下在后台运行活动

我刚刚为送货员创建了一个Android应用，管理员可以通过服务器为他分配职责。

问题是我想要一种功能，使应用程序可以每隔5分钟自动将纬度和经度发送到服务器，我曾经使用过Job Scheduler，但是它只能在我的旧手机（Android Lollipop）中使用，在Android Nougat中无法使用。

我不确定，但是牛轧糖和之后的每5分钟都不能接受。.Job Scheduler的最小间隔时间是 15分钟，所以这可能是问题所在。帮助更多。
