将功能应用程序部署到Windows时，应将WEBSITE_RUN_FROM_PACKAGE设置为1并使用zip部署发布。

Zip deployment是Azure App Service的一项功能，可让您将功能应用程序项目部署到wwwroot目录中。该项目打包为.zip部署文件。可以使用相同的API将程序包部署到d:\home\data\SitePackages文件夹中。

使用WEBSITE_RUN_FROM_PACKAGE应用设置值为1时，zip部署API会将包复制到d:\home\data\SitePackages文件夹中，而不是将文件提取到d:\home\site\wwwroot中。它还创建packagename.txt文件。重新启动后，功能应用程序将从包中运行，并且wwwroot变为只读。
