Jupyter由于缺少js文件而无法加载

我通过pip安装了jupyter

pip install jupyter

我可以用

开始

jupyter notebook

但是（chrome和iexplore）投射了MIME错误

AppData/Roaming/jupyter/runtime文件夹仅包含一些json和html文件，仅此而已。

我也尝试过

pip uninstall jupyter
pip install jupyter
