有同样的错误，对我来说，它有助于在<MvcRazorExcludeRefAssembliesFromPublish>false</MvcRazorExcludeRefAssembliesFromPublish>文件中添加.csproj。使用任何文本编辑器进行简单编辑，或在项目中的VS中右键单击，然后编辑项目文件。像这样将属性插入第一个<PropertyGroup>中：
