在您的错误消息中，有一个NoClassDefFoundError: redis/clients/util/Pool，位于Jedis 3之后的redis/clients/jedis/util/Pool中。

如果您确实仍在使用2.x版本的Jedis，请检查您的（托管）依赖项（mvn dependency:tree）。

至少Spring Data Redis 2.1.x使用的是Jedis 2.9.3，其中redis/clients/util/Pool仍然有效。因此，我怀疑您的情况下依赖项冲突。
