Failed Scaling Activity: Volume of size 20GB is smaller than snapshot 'snap-02dac56e7bbd3ba3c', expect size >= 30GB. Launching EC2 instance failed.

Windows / IIS快照的大小已随新版本更改，并且我没有分配足够大的SSD。更改SSD大小就可以了。
