asp.net mvc 3路由问题

Question

当我浏览http://localhost:4716/users/时，它会显示错误：

Server Error in '/' Application.
The resource cannot be found.

但是当我浏览http://localhost:4716/users/index时，它就可以了。

其他控制器都可以使用或不使用/ index，只有UsersController不起作用。 有人有类似的问题吗？

[我在项目创建时自动生成后没有修改Global.asax.cs。 所有路线都是默认的。]
