我想使用miniconda3安装软件包，但会弹出该错误：

 Solving environment: failed

CondaHTTPError: HTTP 000 CONNECTION FAILED for url <https://repo.anaconda.com/pkgs/main/noarch/repodata.json.bz2>

顺便说一句，miniconda2运行良好，只有miniconda3有问题。

PS。我还尝试使用wget --no-check-certificate下载文件并也收到错误消息：

系统为CentOS，我已经使用sudo yum update来更新sys文件和库。
