将compileSdkVersion更改为28后，我开始获得error: package rx.android.schedulers does not exist

首先，当您开始使用API 28时，您需要开始迁移到AndroidX

例如，更改： implementation 'com.android.support:appcompat-v7:28.0.0'

至： implementation 'androidx.appcompat:appcompat:1.0.0'，我认为您的第一个错误已解决。

错误：更改compilesdk后，包rx.android.schedulers不存在
