我认为这里的问题是getPCIHWAddr()使用已经销毁的设备信息集的索引。我添加了一个函数,该函数返回指向HDEVINFO和SP_DEVINFO_DATA的指针,但不调用SetupDiDestroyDeviceInfoList(),这是由getPCIHWAddr()在完成其工作后完成的-并看到:可行(Win7和Win10)。
