我以前见过此错误，通常是由公司代理背后引起的，或者您被伪装了。
假设它是代理，您需要确定您的https代理是什么并将其添加到pip命令中，如下所示：

pip install requests --proxy=https://my_proxy.com:xxx

其中xxx是代理的端口
