我要克隆的项目是用c ++ 11编写的,两个项目中的第二个(Tfit)需要openmpi / mpich。第一个程序编译成功,但是第二个程序在编译器的最后一步出现以下错误:

/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lstdc++
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
make: *** [Makefile:20: NU_FIT] Error 1

但是这些都不能解决这个问题,因为我想我只是缺少对库的依赖/符号链接,但是我不确定如何在构建中实现这一点。我可以在本地成功编译,但是我必须对模块加载mpi / openmpi-x86_64才能这样做。我的猜测是设置LD_LIBRARY_PATH时这是一个openmpi问题,但不确定如何在Docker构建中解决此问题。
