Webpacker无法实时编译

对于默认情况下的webpack开发服务器来说，代码重载取决于fsevents，这些事件不会在docker内部交付。

要在docker内部运行，您可以在webpacker.yml中切换到轮询更改：

dev_server:

  watch_options:
    poll: 1000
    aggregate_timeout: 100

还尝试安装最新版本的docker，有报道称fsevents在其中工作。
